Why is it that the only people who use the internet in russia are emotionally unstable teenagers, whether in body or mind?
Old people don't have computers, the Gen X'ers are more into the hardware hacking etc and don't use the internet that much, the millenials and the zoomers are busy at work and gen alpha is under parental watch. So only ones are left are liberals and edgy teenagers.
