Chinese citizens living in foreign countries will be expected to declare earnings and send 20% tax of earnings back to mainland China.

Other countries are likely to respond economically by applying harsher regulation conditions on Chinese, even though Chinese do not follow any set regulations.

That violates other borders making the action Imperial which means it makes long term relationships impossible.

I actually like the communist ideal, but that idea is used mainly as a means for societal goal unity. The overriding technical comes from Cai Qi their actual leader and he overrides ideals set in place.
