An electronic petition with as few as 500 signatures could be considered for review by the House of Commons. It's time for one of us to create a petition demanding that Canada withdraw from the Non-Proliferation Treaty. The time is right for this. The Canadian public is fed up and forcing Canada's parliament to respond to a petition with enough signatures and a member of parliament's endorsement would deepen the Western rupture.

We could easily get tactical nuclear weapons from France or the UK while we develop our own program. They could be brought in for training exercises and kept safely on Canadian military bases until needed. Even the threat of a city destroying weapon launched from a howitzer would be enough to deter an American invasion. Canada is the only country capable of hitting major US cities with artillery pieces.

Dems probably wouldn't invade under any circumstances, they put too much value on NATO and the Western Bloc. If we waited for the next Dem administration we could probably successfully build a bunch as insurance for when the chuds inevitably return.
