What did Marx mean by this in the Communist Manifesto.
<"Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of all the distinction between town and country by a more equable distribution of the populace over the country."

My three potential interpretations are as follows.
A) Marx viewed that the separation of the rural and urban populations led to conflict to due living in separate conditions. Like how we see rural populations now a day being far more reactionary than urban ones.
B) Marx viewed that alienation wouldn't just stop with abolishment of capitalism but we would to have to workers produce there own food and industrial goods. Instead of having them exchanged between city factories and country farms.
C) Marx thought the cities would dominate the surrounding country and lead to the reformation of the state.
City farms are based and should be expanded upon this is what he meant
