The only way to do this would be to start a business and divide all the profit between your workers. In other words, to not exploit them. But then what are you going to live off yourself? You'd have to get a job ,yourself, exploitation would still happen. It's just it's you that would be getting exploited.
Realistically, most people would think it reasonable to be paid a healthy amount above the industry average, and being better treated, than at similar jobs. Though of course if it's a business under capitalism it's still going to be exploitation, if you live off the profit. And if you pay better wages you long term won't be able to compete with your competitors, so eventually the business will go bust.
But you could find a pet project you want to do. Like a building you like you want to restore. Establish an art gallery free to the public. Something like that ,so at least you've got something out of it as well, even if it's a money loosing venture. Put something in the world you wanted to see.
