By my calculations, Turkmenistan is the least imperialist country on Earth, because its exports-to-imports ratio is higher than any other country. It produces for others far more than it imports.
China is less imperialist than great Britain, but more imperialist than Turkmenistan. China exports more than it imports, but relies on cheap petroleum imports from Turkmenistan.
