If you don’t support the DSA and you use self-criticism instead of stroking the ego of this new breed of careerist leftist, they’ll automatically assume you’re toxic. They’ll call you mentally ill. They’ll dog-pile on you for being “anti-social.” I know a lot of you nerds are disconnected from real-life leftism in the U.S., so let me tell you, there’s been a lot of drama among my comrades lately, of all types. It literally seems like everyone we know is always caught up in some kind of beef. Right now, one of our comrades who runs a lesbian bar (I won’t name it; you might be able to find it if you dig) is in a beef with DSA.
Sadly, because Americans suck, my comrades and I get the same kind of hate everywhere, not just here on leftypol. People were more receptive to us years ago. Well, we were always in beef back then too, but the people beefing with us were openly far-right and liberal. Now we’re beefing with everybody, including EVERY leftist party other than the ACP. Now that they’ve had some success with the DNC, they seem to feel threatened or attacked by us.
