I don't give a fuck about your gender.
I seriously don't care what your pronouns are, you don't need them, no-one needs them. I barely even care what your name is. I don't care what you have in your pants unless you want me to touch it. This shit is an absolute waste of time and I only tolerate it because the patriarchal status quo is fucking poison and these coping mechanisms might help a few aching people.
Act how you want. Just don't expect me to accept society's genderist delusion. Masculinity is a spook. Femininity is a spook. You're looking for something lying underneath those labels - not the labels themselves.
Gender dysphoria is not a spook though
>>10170Yes. Gender is a spook, gender dysphoria is a consequence of it being normalized. All the more reason to combat genderism in societies.
Body dysphoria is distinct, even if comorbid.
>>10172>using my own reaction image against menice
>>>/lgbt/ is now also your property as far as I'm concerned.
Union of egoists in one board has commenced.
>>10171>Gender is a spook, gender dysphoria is a consequence of it being normalized. No, you stupid TERF. Gender dysphoria has a materialistic cause and won't go away even if you're stranded on a desert island.
The so-called "gender" is linked to sex, and you can't remove gender without making people the same sex.
>>10177>just because you "don't care" doesn't mean everyone else (!) canBegin by trying, see how it makes you feel, then come back
>>10176"gender dysphoria" is actually sex dysphoria.
>>10176>The so-called "gender" is linked to sex, and you can't remove gender without making people the same sex.you are an actual lunatic
>it's in my biology to put on dresses!!! (ignores that for most of civilization men wore tunics which are functionally dresses) >>10187>GlownonymousOf course the post will be coal
Pomo nonsense. The human body is not a spook.
I'll make my position more specific: I don't care about
social and societal constructions around gender. (Some definitions of gender include any unobservable sexual characteristics such as bodily expectations and biochemical mental conditions - I wasn't talking about that, and I'm not disputing the validity of bodily dysphoria)
What I don't care about is gendered language, behavioral expectations, any of that nonsense.
>>10177Not male or man. Please explain more about the persona you've projected onto me, I'm fascinated to know.
>>10176My queer-rights activism is trans-inclusive. Trans gender identity is equally valid to cis gender identity
they're both a tragic waste of time.
>>10187That post also seems to conflate agender with cisgender.
>>10169There's zero chance that you don't use he/she pronouns etc in real life, you're just a fuckin liar
>>10211Perhaps but OP is taking about the genderqueer -inclusive community that proclaims “Everyone is valid” while indulging in idpol
>>10169>>10209>unobservable sexual characteristics such as bodily expectations and biochemical mental conditionsThe latter is very observable, the former is less so.
As a Trans women I do agree that gender dysphoria is partially oversocialized/"unnatural" but it is also to some extent heritable and neurodevelopmental

You and Diod, however, don't seem to be that but recognizing neurodevelopmental differences between males and female, on average, and using HRT will still be effective for most trans people; but I do agree that it's still helpful to promote gender neutrality.
>>10211I avoid them, and I tell people they can refer to me by any pronouns, as long as it's not intended as an insult. I legally identify as enby on forms without custom options.
And I'm surprised to hear your preconceived assertions of other people's gender in a queer space - immediately /legbutt/s here have asserted I'm male, and hetero, and binary. This habitual identity assumption on an anonymous IB is absolute /pol/ brainworms that are tragic to see alive here.
I only use gendered pronouns for a couple of trans friends who specifically requested some, as they see neutral pronouns as invalidating. And I care about my relationship with them more than dying on this ghostbusting hill. I politically disagree, but that's an important part of their worldview.
>>10222Shout out to you and your reply for actually bringing interesting discussion to the table. Thank you, comrade.
I'll give more attention to this later - I've run out of time >>10222>neurodevelopmental differences between males and femaleCan you give a QRD on this?
language isn't just purely descriptive though, language dictates thought as much as thought dictates language, people think with language not just communicate with it. that's why some people are more passionate about pronouns, they're not just being anal and quibbling over semantics, they're refining language and thought to more accurately represent reality, which is a pretty normal and common thing, it's how languages evolve is by lots and lots of people continuously revising it and inventing new words or rejecting old words or reassigning words to different meanings etc. in any case it's not really hurting you to have to hear people talk about this stuff and nobody really cares whether or not you tolerate it or the reasons why, you're not everyone's dad who has the authority to decide to let it slide for now because it might help a few aching people, nobody is awaiting your approval on this.
Wrong. Your gender belongs to me. Hear that leftytraners? You can borrow it from me if you ask nicely though.
>>10221so he's lying and saying he doesn't care about pronouns while in real life obviously does use them? yeah that's kind of my point
>>10307anyone who publicly announces that they care about something or don't care about something is most likely bullshitting. no normal person just goes around telling people what they do and do not genuinely care about, that would be like telling people your bank account password. this is why focus groups are such a huge waste of time and money, nobody ever tells people what they are honestly thinking, people don't even like to tell themselves what they are honestly thinking.
how embarrassed are you to be stirnerposting in 2026
