i’m 23 mtf, fat (100kg), one year on hrt recently and i’m just fucked up i look bad but my hair looks okay. have any lateshit fathons actually made it or have i ruined my body by being fat and lazy playing gmod when i was a teenager

on a more serious note, what i've heard (and it seems reasonable so i'm doing it as soon as i get my diy E) is that you need to lose weigth and then gain some so estrogen
distribute new body fat in a ""femenine way"". ngl it's really hard, but not imposible and we still young!!
Besides that remmeber the basics: eyebrown, voice training, makeup (eyes does A LOT), and a nice hairstyle is always cute owo
