How do I stop transhumanist thoughts? Every time I think they're gone for good they eventually come back stronger than they were before. I think the only way to deal with it is to just distract myself forever.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask but no therapist has helped with this. Bio woman if it matters. Don't tell me to go on t because I won't.

Yeah maybe I just have to deal with the thoughts but hopefully not forever. Maybe in 5-10 years I'll just forget about it. Probably just have to keep myself busy for the time being.
