Queer culture is very casual and instinctive—"vibes-based", if you will—, which makes it near-impossible for those of us who are socially disabled to actually navigate its intricacies.
Every time I attend any sort of gay event, I basically just end up walking around and watching other people do things because I'm too stiff and weird to be a cool gay guy.
Despite the memes about queer people being autistic, all rhe other autists I meet IRL are all straight. And though they can be nice, I perceive the world through such a fundamentally homosexual lense that I can't possibly be close with them.
I don't know what to do. Forget a boyfriend, I just want gay friends.

You should never leave the house unless you have to

>>3233
I'm the same way except I'm too shy to even get involved in the gay scene.

Your prospects are significantly better than straight autist. Plenty of autists in leftist or LGBT orgs, and gays dont discriminate against autists they way straight women do.

Try online.
And do you want androhomosexual friends or non-cisheterosexual friends of any gender? And why can't you be friends with straight people? What do you mean you perceive the world through a fundamentally homosexual lense? That doesn't make any sense, homosexuality is just about fucking guys and maybe falling in love with them. Being homosexual doesn't make me incapable of having straight friends.

Personally I think autistic and nerdy boys are extremely cute.

>navigate its intricacies
i thought autists were supposed to be super smart how can you not understand socializing lmao??????

ur honestly fucking cooked, it's not that it's "casuual and instinctive and vibes-based", it's shallow. What the fuck is "queer culture"? the habits and neurosis of a few traumatized baby boomers who got molested after being kicked out at 13, who go on to molested 13 year olds, who go on to grow up and be the 35 year old gays today that have suspicious relationships with suspiciously young people.

the entire point of "queer culture" is ultimately, if not "im not cis", entirely about sex and sexuality. clubs aren't a place to dance, you can dance anyhwere, they're a place to get laid. clubs were, for the most part, a more stopgapped version of bathhouses where prostitution was permitted.

i have no idea what lesbian culture is besides rampant hypocracy, neurosis, and the anger that i see as an outsider looking in.

the reality is that you are just a normal person, like everyone else. you have a weaker understanding of nonverbal communication, with probably some mental benefits here and there. you are surrounded by shallow people, and a shallow society that tries to beat you into believing you must be a shallow person too in order to have value. you will eventually pick out the few corn kernals amongst the shit thoughbeit, and find people who can see the world at least similar to how you do. the problem is finding them, which is partly going out, and mostly luck. good luck, you'll need it.

You could have toned down the bitterness a little bit.

>>3253
nobody actually believes this outside of pretending for twitter memes

>>3310
"bitterness" is NOT when someone says that you're shallow. it's called honesty. bitterness is saying everyone is shallow, without fail, and without hope. Stop being a shitty person. Shut up, go to the bathroom, look in the mirror, and clean yourself.

>>3315
My dating history says otherwise.

The whole "autists are LGBT" and vice versa is just ignorant assumptions

>clubs aren't a place to dance, you can dance anyhwere, they're a place to get laid. clubs were, for the most part, a more stopgapped version of bathhouses where prostitution was permitted.

If dancing is permitted everywhere, we would see more people doing it.
People dont like house or hip hop outside of a night club.

Define "suspicious relationships with suspiciously young people"
Are you one of those people who infantilise young adults?

As a matter of fact, this post reeks of furry anon.

>>3316
Is this furry anon?

>>3334
>Are you one of those people who infantilise young adults?
You see they can vote and murder people in wars but they can't date somebody older than them.

qvads of trvth

transhumanister here. It's possible but it really sucks. Sometimes you'll be in a relationship and it'll just end because you're disabled. I don't have any advice other than the few friends you get are precious and you should perseve them at all costs

Queer culture is very casual and instinctive—"vibes-based", if you will—

can someone elaborate on this

>>3334
>is this [anonymous self-loathing gay with noticeable typing pattern]?
99/100 times the answer is yes

That's because all of the queer autist are online. And you are a rare one that decided to touch grass.

Basically what they are saying (which I agree) is that there is a section of the queer community that is very much kinda like mean girls or a relitigating high school. They are all catty, and highly opinionated. So if you don't give off gay than you are less likely to be accepted. There is also another section that I guess you can say "band kids" types. These are the ones that join the local GSA, go on Tumblr, Steven Universe and all that. They are proud and yet odd group. Know these well since I was a GSA president (despite kinda not being that Gay. Like I have issues about how I feel but I know I like women at least). The type that tend to go clubbing are the 1st group. There is a 3rd group and they are probably most like the 2nd but aren't. Overly online gay. They tend to be mega online in discords and all that. And they are kinda 1st but also more like the 2nd. The difference being the 2nd is more likely to go to a pride center and stuff and the third would never.

literally 100% of the "community" part of the queer community is like that

>anonymous self-loathing gay with noticeable typing pattern
Funny how this applies to that anon as well
