Im trying to start voice training but every beginners guide and youtube tutorial just makes no sense to me. Theyll say some shit like "Widen the airspace of your throat while quadrupling your resonance" and then all the comments are like "Wow! This tutorial explajined things so simply for me!" while im just left completely and utterly frustrated and lost. Am I just too stupid?

I did the 'raising the larynx' thing but it hasn't changed anything. And I don't know what resonance is. I just sound like a gay man tbh.
