I've been on HRT for about a month and a half now, and this recently started happening. I'm also taking a type of pill, half of which also contain progestins, and I think that's what started it.

Does massaging it help? I remember someone I know did prog and they massaged them regularly. Maybe the muscles in there are tensing up.

I don't know how to explain it, so I'll just draw it. Where it's marked in dark, there's a lump, and I can't even put pressure on my nipple. It hurts and doesn't bend.
