No clue what you did wrong but do you exercise? you could likely solve your problem with just exercise without even ever having to figure out what caused it in the first place.

Unironically though idk OP, make sure your levels are okay and you are on injections. If you had thicker thighs really I think your proportions would look a lot more feminine, but I don't know how to help; I just run regularly + do fire hydrants for my hip dips
