what's the synthesis of IBs and trans culture?

obviously pre-2016-fed/pol/ era, if you're a tran browsing IBs you're or should obviously be old enough to remember life before the rise of "beta" and "incel" culture in 4chan, where the absurd became nihilism and then it came the grooming;

it's not a conspiracy, the "glowie" meme became a thing thanks to the known fact of federal agents browsing these sites, but back on topic:

at least for me it was an important part of my self-discovery as a depressed teen isolated and with no education on what even trans people, spending time between IBs only interacting with terminally online incels at the peak of my delayed puberty

Giving up and taking my first steps in gender exploration i realized i had to make a choice between "malebrained" nihilist spaces and actually transitioning, fast forward to the present i'm here, brainworms and a shaky early transition due to contact with transmedicalists overlapping with Blanchardism makes me stick to /tttt/ culture

and here's where i make a pause to make a critique of "transmedicalism" not as a method but as a cope starved for validation
I once got kicked for "comparing it to nazism" while making the comparison to how quoting Evola doesn't make you a nazi/fascist, but puts you in a place where you're at least adjacent to nazi/fascist ideas.

now let's think the two sides of terminally online trans spaces: trans hugboxes and trans brainworm nests

they're different enough in "vibe" and yet they both represent a terminally online space where both positive and negative feedbacks of self-affirming dogmas and paranoias.

As a result of this i struggle constantly with the concept of Autogynephilia to a point where it affects my bf;
as an outsider he doesn't understand it, but he has an aversion to the concept and a desire to understand it as he wishes to understand me.

I've infected a cis person with brainworms.

I have to tell him it's not real but he says there seems to be a degree of credibility to it. it hurts me, and even without that second opinion the fact that Blanchardism has been co-opted by trans spaces, in fact the mere fact the AGP typology is still part of the DSM-V is hurtful even if i recognize psychology under capitalism seeks to colonize such conditions; in order to explain it to a group of scholars who clearly have no interest in the wellbeing of the people they pathologize.

How do we break this cycle?

we have the Thesis; a pathology that makes trans women in particular (for some reason) dwell in a cycle of self hate which innevitably overlaps with the same nihilistic worldview that degenerated IBs into what they are today

and on the other side the Anti-thesis; the hugbox where you won't hear any of this, their sisters are falling apart and their reaction is "fuck them, they're rude and their negativity makes me sad, best of luck but fuck you", liberalism in it's maximum expression, *every woman by herself.* if i pump the music higher i won't hear their screams.

what would be the next step to break this cycle? do we engage? do we appropriate? how would you organize this purposefully balkanized community?
