i'll try to keep this short, feel free to ask questions if this is missing something.
get injections, ideally estradiol enanthate: you just inject 5mg like one a week, then you no longer have to worry about it.
a vial lasts a while and is pretty cheap.
you can buy syringes, alcohol wipes and cute dinosaur bandages online.
you can also get spray with a high concentration from homebrewers, but you'll have to use it at least twice a day and you'll use it up pretty quickly.
put it on your balls.
if you're scared of needles and that makes you not get hrt, then at least get spray. it's also really easy to homebrew and you won't have to worry about it being sterile, so if you can get a hold of the raw powder you can always do that or store it somewhere if you're afraid of losing access.
ignore stupid guidelines saying you need your e2 blood levels below a certain threshold. you need a higher dose than whatever some random cissoids decided for absolutely no reason bc you'll want it to stop testosterone production. there are no actual downsides to a higher dose. you can technically od but i don't know how you'd even go about doing that (injecting the whole vial at once?)
pills are trash. won't get your levels high enough to block testosterone, so you'll need another medication with side effects. like spray, you'll also have to take them multiple times a day and they're expensive as fuck.
