Looking online, it might seem that way. But maybe it's just a couple percent of mentally ill sadists who scream louder than everyone else? As I recall from school (I've been NEET for a long time now and don't have any relevant personal experience), only 30% of students were bullies; the rest either did nothing or indulged them, but without much motivation.

The amount of transphobia you'll experience irl largely depends on your class, ethnicity, stealth, country, city and how well you pass. For example if you're a white westerner living in fucking Canada who started HRT at 18 you'll probably be fine, but if you are a working class American trans woman or a working class person from the third world (Latin America, Africa) then it's very likely you'll face some discrimination and violence at a certain point.

However online transphobia IS fabricated (mainly by the American ruling classes and their bootlickers). In my experience most people irl won't care about you at all, that is unless you are too "visible" or do something the cissies don't like. So either the online transphobes keep their mouths shut irl or there aren't as many transphobes as social media tries to make you believe.

> started HRT at 18

The best time to do my HRT is 20 years ago, the second best time is today

>>8632
Just because they werent outright bullies doesnt mean they arent pieces of shit. The vast majority of normies will still socially isolate and avoid any gay or trans person. Normies are genuinely evil scum

>>8632
>Looking online, it might seem that way.
Looking on centralized social media*
If you got off twitter and touched digital grass instead, as both "normies" and "non-normies" do, then you'll see otherwise.
Like you're going to the transphobia factory and being surprised there's transphobia there.

>>8634
Poor girl, puberty blockers would've definitely saved her. But not everyone experiences puberty the same way, that's why I said probably, some trans women really get fucked by male puberty. In my case, I looked like a gay twink when I was 18.

>>8636
Normies discriminate against each other more than they do against minorities

>>8632
It has far more to do with quiet discrimination like being turned down for job applications and renting. Stuff like gay bashing just makes for more dramatic media.

As a Cishet man who is a marxist but knows a ton of Normies they usually think "Trans people are okay just don't play in women's sports." The last part is probably just because of the media

>>8931
As someone who plays semi-competitive mixed sports, I've seen frustration when an opposing team has a trans woman. I've never seen direct comments to a trans player, but venting to our own team that they 'have an extra man on their team'. I'm chill enough that I don't care, but yes, in my limited observation and in the sports and culture I live within, trans women have been stronger players than other women, but aren't outside of the range I've seen among cis women either.

>>8632
Homophobia is just wheeled out to shut down discussions of transphobia. There's no homophobia that you can point to that isn't "oh those people think my lifestyle is lame." The majority of Western governments and international bodies support gays, and protecting gays and lesbians is often dog whistle for transphobia. "we gotta protect teh lezbians from men dressed as women" garbage. Its like when people bring up antisemitism to shut down Palestine discussions.

>>8633
In my experience irl when people bring up trans issues they'll talk about how being trans doesn't make sense, that its being pushed onto them, that its all a bunch of bullshit, that its emasculating. I've never heard the open calls for lynching trans people that you see online. That kind of transphobe is rare. The gay transphobes are usually pretty quiet in public but will bitch about it when it comes up. Generally, day to day people treat trans people with a mix of ambivalence and discomfort rather than ideological transphobia.

I also don't think people are anti-trans because the ruling classes push the hard ideological transphobia. Its because the concept of being transgender doesn't make sense to them or they associate transgenders with woke culture, anti-religion, sex work, porn etc. they see it as something porn adjacent that should belong in a red light district and not out in the open. Its a clash of worldviews basically.

>>8939
> I also don't think people are anti-trans because the ruling classes push the hard ideological transphobia. It’s because the concept of being transgender is shaped by the ruling class.

I only started seeing more homophobia when I stopped using centralized social media. I partly think my therapy conversion therapy was caused because I stopped having a algorithmic "safespace"

>>8931
Yeah >>8932 like kinda implies, there is a sense of "unfairness" and honestly I think it's legit. I'm a cis-man who barely does any sport, but I could tell from childhood that male bodies don't develop like female bodies from birth, and this is important, especially in competitive practice.
I'm favor of creating a special trans category because it would be interesting and after all, when it comes to physical features and the idea of gender, it goes back to the concept of Third Gender/Sex in a lot of culture; or on the contrary creating a new completely mixed category without any distinctions.

>>8931
>The last part is probably just because of the media
Yes it literally is, the literal Olympics even did a study to prove that the biological advantage thing is pure bullshit.

Althetes who complain are just sore losers looking for a socially acceptable outlet to blame their losses on.

Please stop basing your view that certain groups should be classified as second class citizens based entirely on vague vibes you have. Do people think HRT is just placebo or something?

You're glossing over this, which is a shame because there are other underlying issues at play. I'm busy at work so you can take the opportunity to start exploring by yourself: why do mixed sports exist?
