Is it cringe to take names from anime? I want to go by the last name Rozen because my current one isn't gender-neutral, and taking a female surname is illegal (for some reason, it doesn't apply to first names, only last names and patronymics).

In Russian, surnames have endings, and they always have a binary gender. For example, Ivanov is a man, Ivanova is a woman. Berezovsky is a man, Berezovskaya is a woman.

I wonder if I'll be mistaken for a Jew or a Weeaboo more often? As far as I know, I won't have such problems with the last name Rosen, but it's spelled the same as Rozen in Russian (Розен).
