this thread reminded me that leftist discords turned out to be terrible. thank god the era is over. i remember the old days of /leftypol/ when discord was super trendy and people spamming invites was common. a bunch of unofficial /leftypol/ servers appeared and 90% of them were /pol/ false flags. but there was one known "leftypol" server that had some early breadtube figures like batko. and one day the admin (called snow i think) posted a pic of himself holding up a paper that said "i fap to cp". i don't know if he was trying to make a super edgy joke or something because there was some drama with the alt right going on, but that's hell of a way to shoot yourself in the foot. then the server got nuked in a fight between mods (done by schnitz who was another early breadtube eceleb). and it got nuked several more times later. and half of those guys became fascists, nazbols and islamic nationalists.

overall, the leftist discord experience was insanely retarded and /leftypol/ mods were correct in not getting involved with it
