I was told to bring this here to avoid dragging another shitstorm onto the main board. To be upfront, I’ve never really read much Juche, but recently I’ve found myself caught right in the middle of these people by returning here. I’m a casual user who’s been gone for months, so I have no idea about the backstory.
Not going to lie, its confusing. Why is discourse surrounding juche and dprk always so steeped in rumor and hate? it's never even normal critique it's always insanity, "kim un requires everyone to have the same hair style" . Funny to see the discourse is more or less the same when dealing with jucheism outside of north korea. it's so niche why would somebody or anybody campaign so hard against it? someone said a ton of juche collectives got broken up in the 70s, due to cointelpro? true? I’ve literally never seen an actual Juche poster post here only anti-Juche content, and what appear to be a few older anti-Juche users making parody posts mocking Juche. So, were there never any real Jucheists to begin with? And if not, why is Houdini suddenly beefing with them, too? What’s his deal with these anti-Juche folks?
if this guy is playing so many personalities then how come i've only seen the anti-juche? Basically… what the hell is going on with all of this?
