That's not quite right inherently. It's literally just what they use at the dentist. You can have damage yes, but that is regular use. What happens is it gives you a B vitamin deficiency like drinking too much alcohol too often can though the mechanism is different on how it occurs. Okay I thought about it, and I think yeah, but it's also bullshit.
