Nascar Aloe’s old stuff was mostly average punk-rap, but his newest album is really political and it’s been stuck in my head all week.

Had this on repeat for a day and a half

Do you think 80s music will endure more than music of other eras? 80s music is already considered "old" to my generation but even so several 80s songs have earned places in my playlist. And a lot of 70s shit too. Was that era of music somehow more special than others? I suppose it's too soon to tell. What will endure of the 90s, 00s, and 10s? Music creation become more accessible which is a good thing but it also means we are saturated with music. There are no more super hit world sensations like Michael Jackson or The Beatles. People don't curate their own selections of music anymore either. They rely on the algorithms of spotify or whatever.
