Honestly just looking for music suggestions from you guys. I personally think there's an argument for The Smiths.
Best album suggestion gets a cookie.

Try Soviet classical music like Shostakovich.

The Housemartins is basically the Christian communist version of The Smiths.

I've been getting into Shawn Lee's Electric Ping-Pong Orchestra myself.

you can be any ideology and enjoy any music genre tbqh, well so long as it isn't an inherently political genre whose values are dogshit, fortunately nazis suck at making music.

orchestra is pre-capitalist handicraft manual labor for producing music

synth is high efficiency socialist productive forces resulting in automation of music production

I fucking hate that image.

Ever consider sample-based music is usually made by proles?

Morissey sounds like Kermit the Frog doing a British accent.

I think there's an argument for Nine Inch Nails. The shadow of 90s post-Cold War American triumphalism.

people that overreact over classical music and dissmiss other generes of music are MOSTLY conservative racist cucks that think that hip hop is "inferior" to some guy playing the violin cuz "le fundamentals of music", when in reality they hate hip hop music because it "degenerates western culture".

they are worst than fantano fans because at least fantano fans listen to most genres.

>>15977
fantano gave yeezus a 4 and brat a 10. his takes are awful.

OP
>What is the most LeftCom music?
Replies
>Posting random shit they like (not even LeftCom)

>>15981
I guess it's in tune with the leftcom worldview: doing nothing, sitting on a couch, complaining about what other people do. So people are posting whatever they want to allow any leftcom anon to eventually complain about none of the music being leftcom. Btw, can anyone give any actual example of leftcom music?

>>15982
I think they just skipped over the title.

A lot of Left Com books and essays make for good metal album names ngl

>Murder of the Dead (Death metal)

>Doctrine of the Body possessed by the Devil (Black metal)
>The Spirit of Horsepower (Heavy/Speed metal)
>The Human Species and the Earth's crust (Drone/Doom metal)
>Vae Victis, Germany! (Industrial metal)
>Weird and Wonderful Tales of Modern Social Decadance (Avant-Garde/Progressive metal)

Even if you hate Bordigists/ Italian Left Coms you must admit they know how to name their works of theory.

>>15983
Not to be pernicketty, but now that you've said that, the actual title is just Music Recs in blue - in my theme at least - while OP put What is the most LeftCom music? in green - also in my theme, obv - which means he typed that in the name field. So, strictly speaking, the actual title is just Music Recs…
Btw. I remember listening to an interview with someone who was an actual leftcom when Bordiga was around and this guy actually knew him. He recalled how in one occasion in 1956 right after the Hungarian uprising, Bordiga was accosted by a couple of journalists who wanted to get some spicy statements from him because they knew he hated Togliatti and they hoped to get something from him, but they really just wanted to spin whatever would have come out from his mouth for anti-communist purposes. They had mics and some kind of recording equipment with them - remember, it's 1956 and it must have been heavy and clunky gear. They pointed insistently the mics at Bordiga. He didn't say anything, because he knew what game they were playing. He just ripped the mics from their hands, threw them on the ground and crushed them under his feet and then he simply walked home.
On the next issue of the paper of the International Communist whatever razzledazzle, he wrote an article titled Microfonie diarroiche, which should translate as Diarrheal microphone feedback or noise or simply Diarrheal microphone.
I checked for Microfonie diarroiche and that was actually a thing… Unfortunately I couldn't find the actual article, just an index with the articles' titles for that number of the International Communist blahblahblah mr bombastic gazette or whatever.
Long story short, you could even regard Bordiga, the OG LeftCom Man, as the conceptual initiator of noise or some other genre of obscure, experimental music. Like Merzbow, but at least thirty years before Merzbow had put anything out. Let's just imagine for a moment if he actual went for that route and he put out albums with titles like Gravedigger of the Revolution. He would also have preceded the glory of italodisco by at least a quarter of a century.

>>15985
TL;DR

>>15984
KEK! This! You beat me to that! An interesting thing about Bordiga is that he didn't sign almost any article he wrote, at least not the ones featured in the group he was part of after ww2. And no one else signed anything. Basically their idea was that they were only commenting on things using a scientific method, therefore signing articles would have been like saying "2+2=4 by A. Bordiga". That said, he had a very peculiar and individual style and was usually very sarcastic, so in practice he produced the opposite effect, by showing his personality thru his articles.
Another significant thing is that he was explicitly against intellectual property and I guess he preceded virtually every other anti-capitalist thinker in being vocal about that.

You guys should check out cyborg9k is keyed (when he stopped being a chud at least)

>>15985
italanoise huh, yet another reason to love bordiga
