I believe D4VD is innocent.This entire case feels like an elaborate setup.
- Why would a guilty man deliberately leave the body of his victim rotting IN HIS OWN CAR for MONTHS on end? If you're looking to hide the evidence, why not dump the body in the middle of the desert or toss it into the ocean where it will be eaten by fish (sea burial)? Why would you leave it in the frunk of your car that's attached to your name in a location nearby you? That seems way too suspicious.
- The CP on his phone was clearly planted. Why would he keep some of the most illegal content saved on his phone knowing he was being investigated? It seems like the prosecution is using this "evidence" as a way of blackmailing D4VD into taking a plea.
- The question needs to be asked: WHERE THE HELL WERE THE GIRL'S PARENTS??? Why did they allow their middle school-aged daughter to date and run away with an adult man?
- D4VD is a small guy. Are we supposed to believe he was able to kill a girl around his size, chop up her body, place it all in a bodybag, and then lift it into the frunk of his car ALL BY HIMSELF? Either he didn't do it, or he had collaborators. So why are his collaborators not being charged in this whole thing?
- The idea that his song lyrics and music videos show his desire to kill someone in this way is way too perfect. It seems like the people who actually killed the girl decided to frame D4VD by killing her in the exact way D4VD shows death and killing in his songs and videos. Perfect setup.
- Medical examiner took way too long to determine cause of death and most likely had to rely on other experts. This puts huge holes in the state’s case.
We know the LAPD and other police departments in southern California (and America as a whole) are known to frame famous Black men for crimes they didn't do. They tried this with OJ and again with Michael Jackson but the jury rightfully saw through the whole charade.
