Been a bit fixated on the Colorado River situation but exhausted all of the news stories and online discussion about it so I'm reading Desert Cadillac by Marc Reisner. Only two chapters in but man, does it ever paint a bleak picture. It's hard not to root against the relevant States, at least in their current configuration

Anyway, I danced for a while in near empty dance floor. Taking a break now Finally more people are comming to dance. I still feel self-conscious, and the tend position really bothers me, but moving it now would be too awkward.

I spoke too soon, dance floor emptied. Its past 8PM and nobody does shit. Well note to self, big festivals are where party people go, while small attract those who just want to hang out with friends and get high. Ill have to suffer 2 more days of this, stupidly I bought late train home because I intended to party till very end, so fuck me I guess. Another lesson learned. I just wish sometimes the lesson would be something else than what not to do again.
Also its colder than expected, didnt bring much warm clothing. And the DJ currently playing sucks.

Dogshit. Here is the advice to everyone who intends to visit a festival: find some footage of previous years on youtube to observe the audience, how many there are and what do they look like.
On psytrance reddit I saw people complain about mainstream festivals attended by shirtless roided men and women with dreadlocks and lip fillers, but I would take that in a heartbeat over this group of geriatrics.
Im tired and sad. All in all, almost four days wasted on preparation, travel and attendance. I really fucking hope tomorrow is at least going to be sunny so I can spend the day lounging on a bench somewhere reading a book. And of course amenities here are awful too, broken toilet, no proper chill area, showers you have to pay for. I fucking hate this shit so much.

I went to sleep early, ran out of energy. They started playing cool music in the night, but I just couldnt. Sunny today, which is nice. Snuck into showers without paying, but forgot my soap there so I cant get it back :(
And stores at nearby village are closed already, cant buy anything. Liquor at the bar is ridiculously overpriced, 4€ a shot. No ppint in taking drugs either, even if I had access to them, nobody to socialise with. Currently just hiking through the forest out of boredom.
