Bitcoin is pretty stable already. I don't see why you couldn't cash in all your meme coins for it and only swap when necessary for individual transactions, which is what i did the few times i needed any crypto.
That said, i would be pretty pissed if i had any significant savings in bitcoin and its value suddenly decreased by 30%, but in the future you're describing, i think it would probably reach USD-levels of price stability, so nothing significantly worse than how things are now.
