Is there any other country in the UN that has the annihilation of another UN member codified? Iran is committed to the destruction of Israel but it isn’t codified (Also it’s a good thing), China has the annexation of Taiwan codified in their constitution but Taiwan isn’t in the UN, and there are so many similar examples.
Every single UN member currently have the annilihation of Germany and Japan codified in the enemy state clause, widely considered to be still active.
un countries already fuck each other in various ways all the time, what difference does it make if it's codified? it's not like it's a geopolitical bloc
