More seriously this is the only sensible position if you go for the mental illness angle. No one spend their day hating actual mentally ill people or the handicaped as it would be either nonsensical as they dont control it or abject sadism.
Them being mentally ill being the reason why we should harass and brutalise them is a always a lie, the people doing it don't do it with down syndrome people or with schyzos.
