But does he believe in communism/socialism/etc.? The petty bourgeoisie are a valuable tool in securing the revolution for the masses. I believe that the petty bourgeoisie should be allowed to keep their private property (grandfathered from the pre-revolution) but they should be encouraged to pool their land and resources in a collective effort.

That and the fact that ownership of a home/yard/independent source of income is a common and natural desire for the average proletarian makes it difficult to argue for the complete abolition of this possibility
