the pig clearly is hooked up to pepsi as an IV drip sorta thing. the patient needs pepsi to live
image is low-res, but the tube doesn't seem to be actually touching the liquid. the only reasonable conclusion if we take the picture at face value is that the pig has pepsi for blood and his heart is pumping it into the bottle. alternatively, the tube is empty and simply looks like it's filled with pepsi, or it's full but both ends are closed.
