Maybe getting a job, especially a later shift or night shift and just staying away from people as much as possible. Just accepting it and move on or try to anyways.

I am 31 and would give anything to be able to go back a decade to fix my life before my entire 20s dissolved into nothing. If you suspect you might have some mental issues go see a psychiatrist, it there is something that interests you and you think you might make a career out of pursue it, get in shape and figure out what hairstyle and facial hair works for you. In two years you can be financially and mentally stable and hot, giving you plenty opportunity to pursue women.
