I think the main reason women aren't more sexually aggressive is because they're less physically able to. Also they have a narrower attraction to men rather than what men are attracted to so most men are probably unattractive to most women whereas the opposite is more true towards men. Women also tend to use other threats like financial or social ostracism or power imbalance issues to coerce men. If women had more power both physical or financial or whatever I think their aggression would increase.
