I struggle with porn addiction and an unnamed paraphilia. I do not want to consume content, fictional or not of said paraphilia because I know it is bad, and that said minority members of my paraphilia are attracted to cannot consent, and that fictional content of my paraphilia will help increase my paraphiliac tendencies.
Any tips and tricks I need to know of? I remember not jerking it when I was very busy with schoolwork, studying, playing games, etc.
Step 1 of curing any addiction is to make it harder to engage in it. Google ways to block porn sites, so that the next time you want to watch porn you have to follow a complicated procedure to unblock it.This makes it harder to impulsively engage in porn watching.
not to discourage you, quite the contrary, but the first step is recognising that stopping is actually quite easy.

If its pedophilia, there's no cure for pedophilia and you should just accept that that's who you are. Just don't diddle kids which shouldn't be particularly hard.

Art, music, reading, roleplay not icky stuff with someone, write about something, sketching bullshit, writing your thoughts down (dont use google docs)
try to stay calm and focus on cutting your acess to porn wether saved or not, start hitting not reccomeneded or blocking accounts that make suggestive content.
