Every so-called "communist" should become a manager of minimum wage employees. If you can do that for a year and still believe in communism, you're truly an ideologue.
>every communist should become bourgeois and see if communism is still in their material interests
>>778634We are not ideologues. Communism is the abolishment of ideology.
This "argument" is such a self-own.
Flies/bugs love enchanted food like crazy
>>778635I get paid like 40k a year to wrangle you tards. I stg I'm going to quit because you fuckers won't show up to work or answer my phone calls.
>>778644IF YOU AGREE TO WORK THE AFTERNOON SHIFT, WORK THE FUCKING AFTERNOON SHIFT. STOP CALLING OFF "SICK." YOU ARE NOT SICK
>>778635managers aren't bourgeois, they aren't the owners
In fact its not only the bugs. All are guaranteed to live enchanted food always
>>778648They ain't the owners bit their job is white literally to defend the owner's interests in their absence.
>if you have your class position changed your class interest changes
>this is contradicting the central tenets of communism
LMAOOOOO
>>778648class position is primarily and fundamentally about ownership of means of production but it is secondarily about whether you are exploited directly for surplus value, like commodity-producing workers are, or whether your wages are paid from a portion of the surplus value already exploited from other workers. This is the case for mangers, but also for non-commodity producing "service" workers like cashiers, nurses, janitors, etc. In the case of the latter, they are not usually considered labor-aristocratic or petty-bourgeois. Managers however usually are, because their compensation is not only far above subsistence, allowing them to save up a hoard of unused wages, which they can turn into money capital by investing it, or by buying small property like a house, but also because they defend the owners from the workers far more than they defend workers from the owners. Sometimes middle managers have been supportive of strikes, unions, etc. usually in secret, and with extreme caution, but that is comparatively rare.
>>778647Do you think there's not supposed to be consequences for slacking off under communism or something
Communism is when no one is a manager and everyone is a CEO
>>778665>just force the extreme minority that don't wanna work to have a job so they can fuck up any workplace environment thaat is forced to keep themAlready stupid under capitalism, I assume we can indeed give them the bare minimum to live and tell them to fuck off
>>778665Didn't the Soviet Union allow workers to slack off? I remember reading that they would just hide the workers that were drunk or something so they wouldn't get in the way. Apparently there was a lot of slacking off and you couldn't really get fired. Sounds kind of cool but not really if you're one of the more industrious workers.
Why are communists so dishonest with themselves
>oh if my class changes to a better position then.. I won't have the same political goals anymore!
anyone rational who inherits $1,000,000 or something would stop being communist at that point, don't say you wouldn't
>>778701my ideals wouldnt change just because I was rich, id just be less miserable.
In fact id just buy a house and go part time and use more of my free time to organize more communists together.
>>778707spoiler you low grade pron at least you moron
>>778706It might surprise you to learn but some people have principles they live and die by.
>>778635>>778657the idea that manager compensation is inherently high is hilarious when you're familiar with actually-existing management roles instead of just imagining Dilbert's pointy haired boss.
The UK minimum yearly salary is £24,784.50, the median is £39,039. a Tesco (supermarket) manager can get as little as £25,000 a year and averages 29-30k. There are managers out there earning less than junior employees in other firms!
>>778635You are both dishonest for posting this, and dense for thinking people wouldn't immediatly know that you argued in bad faith
Why should I possibly care about proles not working hard enough to make your boss more money? Or why should you for that matter. Also
>minimum wage employees
You get what you pay for.
>>778647Ok quit then fag, there's plenty of people willing to replace you I'm sure. But you don't do that because you know that being a middle manager is still better than just being a prole
>>778727Managers usually get to slack off from the actual work though. They like to pretend they work the hardest but they obviously don't
