Leftypol, i need advice on how to bulk up
At the moment i’m very skinny, i have muscles because i do basic home exercises (pushups, dumbell exercises, planks, etc) but very little actual body mass
So what is the quickest way to get bigger and stronger so i can finally go out and punch some nazis? Ideally without having to eat too much (i know that sounds counter-productive but i get full quickly)
I am also struggling with this and I'm pretty sure the solution is literally just to eat more, which is hard for me.
