Basing your industrial policy on random thought you had, clearly without ever consulting any engineers, economists or anyone with any expertise on the topic whatsoever, has to be one of the most transparently moronic political decisions of 20th century. Single biggest argument for importance of democracy, accountability and checks and balances, a well functional system would immediately banish him from political life for even making such a suggestion.
