Sometimes I wonder if some kind of medication could help me with my general anxiety. I've always been a bit on the anxious side but after Covid it ramped up a bit. Everything happening now is also anxiety inducing. I could keep a job but I generally feel deflated and nervous while working. Luckily I don't usually around others much since I usually work later hours.

My anxiety has always been horrible, but getting irl friends has made me realize that mine is so bad that its interfering in my life and this mouse situation made me realize that. I don't want to be afraid of everything all the time forever.
