Sounds like you won the genetic lottery then. Go for it, grow your hair out, get a skincare routine, do lots of cardio. You can start experimenting with more feminine clothes (probably best to just start with bright, "girl" coloured boy's clothes), look at femboy tips online. The real question is whether you actually want attention from guys or if you're just doing it for yourself.
