HR are the worst group in existance, they sell of their humanity, how can you see a struggling man and yet refuse to grant him a job ? How can you live with yourself when you reject a desperate single mother from getting the money she needs to send her kid to school ? How can you even ask for a bloody AI to do your job, how can you give this shit so much responsability ? Do they not get that there are lives at stake ?
And for what ? For who ? Why ? The profit margin of few rich assholes ? A meager pay in this economy ?
Most disgusting people in the world, if we were in nazi germany, they'd be the ones giving the orders to send jews to concentration camp, they have no humanity. No respect for themselves or other. At least Ceos sold their soul to the devil for wealth, HR sold their soul to the devil for nothing but the right to make others suffer. I'd honestly rather have my daughter be a prostitute then in fucking HR.

From my limited experience of working in HR they
a.) dont really have much decisionmaking power, most of their job is just menial administration;
b.) despite that drink corporate kool-aid
HR is obviously the face given to the detestable logic of private capital, so it's understandable that people hate HR, but also it's funny because HR is intended exactly for this purpose
