So testosterone is a hell of a drug. It makes you aggressive and horny, and a lot of men aren't disciplined and socialized enough to control themselves. This doesn't mean that all men are inherently predisposed to various types of crime, but it does mean that the vast majority of criminals are not able to adequately regulate themselves and be productive and upstanding members of society. Arguably, given humanity's bloodstained history, it is the case that natural selection has favored those who have displayed resilience during war and state instability, when survival meant being able to predict or adequately respond to an incoming enemy attack and escape unscathed, or use one's cunning and social manipulation to acquire resources that are necessary to survival, quite possibly at the expense of one's fellow man. This is not to say that human beings wouldn't have developed these sorts of traits in the absence of this sort of history, but it is something of a chickeuygh scenario. Was it the case that such historical circumstances allowed for the selection of these types of traits, or is it that these traits are innate to human development, and were acquired at a point that could be said is before the emergence of organized human society, such that our history and culture reflects our true nature?

I would agree to some extent; some people are just born "evil" or prone to a certain set of "dark triad" personality traits that can result in the sort of person that displays wanton violence and other evils for the sake of his own personal gain, however humanity as a whole exhibits these traits to some extent as well.

Regardless of whether or not our biology shaped our history or vice versa, it remains a simple fact that the structure of our societies reflects our biological reality, which is to say that various facets of our political world, such as culture, law, and geopolitical policy are to some extent a byproduct of our evolution, because we use art and intellectualism to express the human condition, and such things will always be invariably tethered to human concerns. Wars are fought over supremacy of land and resources, which only matter in the context of human endeavor; in the absence of a need for these things, it'd simply be the case that we wouldn't fight over them, at least not for their immediate utility in relation to how they can be applied to our own lives. So, it is the case that culture is informed by our biology, and the male perspective can be used to craft a structure of beliefs that can be corrosive to a functioning society because the natural circumstances of living on a planet with limited resources predispose human beings to infighting and strife. These material conditions, which are created by class divisions, are largely responsible for the sort of evil behavior that human beings exhibit, because the vast majority of human beings commit evil deeds for the sake of their own personal benefit.

Cartel groups in Mexico kill one another over territorial disputes, because control over territory begets access to safe zones, economic hubs, and import and export routes, etc. It's not that they're evil for the sake of it, although perhaps their conduct naturally attracts a certain type of psychopath who revels in the bloodshed, but it's done with some utilitarian principle in mind.

IN SHORT it's just human nature, baby. However, there are culture and socieo-economic aspects that influence what a person believes and how they conduct themselves. Not all men are evil, and really, a vast majority of men are well adjusted and upstanding citizens, whose existence quietly refutes any biased hatred against men as a collective.

Most men respect social norms and boundaries of women, we really don't live in a "rape culture", but there are some maladjusted men who don't respect those boundaries, which results in rape.

if it's not ideologically motivated, then it's a result of mal-adaptive behavior, which can be caused by their natural biology, such as genetic defects, but it can also be influenced by their environment (being brought up in a broken and poverty stricken home wherein you witness your father beat the shit out of your mother for not meeting his expectations or defying him, etc)
