Gus isn't that petty though. He knows that Walt Jr. is no real threat to him. He'd laugh it off but probably never forget it and use it as leverage against Walt only if he felt it would be effective. However, he already knows that Walt is very attached to his family, so Gus knows that he can use Walt's family as leverage against him if need be, so this is a weird thing to consider as if it'd have any bearing on the already established plot.

he'd become a meth addict and stop caring about being the world's strongest fighter and probably have a lot of gay sex with whatever men are interested and chichi would divorce him and gohan would be brought up without a father which in turn would make him act out and join a gang and start slinging meth, and then one day he'd encounter goku at a drug deal but tuco is there and is secretly working for gustavo fring aka frieza and he'd call gus to notify him about the deal gone wrong and gus would assume his final form and destroy their house with the pizza on the roof and ki blasts gohan and walt jr. and goku would weep for his son and their poor circumstances, but walter would still be cooking that crystal blue persuasion.

he would be found by jesses parents and raised as jesses younger brother. eventually he becomes a drug addict but because of his strength he takes over all of the local meth gangs by the age of 14 and he'd probably take down the cartel kind of like how he did with the red ribbon army, but he'd be too stupid to handle any of it, i think hed just fuck off to the mountains and smoke weed all day. after gokus onslaught we would have a massive power vacuum where everyones too scared to step up and get whacked so crime is more or less eradicated other than small gangs who werent killed off by goku. thats when walter white comes in, him and jesse team up more or less like what happened in our normal timeline, but jesse mentions goku to walt, and walt sees this as an opportunity to make a lot of money with goku as one of his goons, so he asks jesse to set up a sitdown so he can meet up with goku. walt realises goku is dumb af and just manipulates him to join his gang, and uses him to take over new mexico, he starts doing deals with what remains of the cartel, and basically we skip to season 5 heisenberg right off the bat with him making millions thanks to the monopoly goku brings him

so raditz would still land on earth in this timeline, but goku is incredibly weak since he faced 0 challenge and never had to train, still i think walter could probably convince the saiyans to team up with him to sell crystal meth in outer space, plus goku would finally have someone strong to train with. frieza would probably be this timelines gus as he'd want in on the intergalactic meth trade, he would start taxing the saiyans heavily and even threatening them, so walt would convince them to train to get stronger so they could kill him and take over. the saiyans side with walt because him and goku are the only ones who know how to cook, but they are the muscle so they think they shpuld be leading and giving orders, basically they plan to manipulate goku to get on their side so they can kill walt and then kill frieza getting the entire empire for themselves, meanwhile walt is also getting goku to train so he can kill the saiyans and frieza
