Compulsory euthanasia at age 50 or maybe 40. Somewhere between 40 to 60. One or two child policy. That is it will be mandatory to have one or two children afterwards you get sterilized. Also arranged marriages. You'll be paired up with whoever you best match up with according to whatever authority is in charge of that part of life. Homosexuals would be excluded from the matchmaking but they would be sterilized either way and they would be free to live their lives.
