In a public debate, you consent to being observed and potentially recorded, as it’s a public event. Even if recorded without your knowledge, the context is one where public exposure is expected. CP(or lets say leaked nudes) involves no such consent. These are facts. Just because you don't agree with them doesn't make it so.
