i think i saw a pic of a draft dodger doing it by literally shitting his pants, always pooped his pants and never washed his teeth even after they tried to wash him with the hose, eventually they just gave up because he became crusty.
you can also do the method actual russians and ukrainians use, break a limb, break a thumb. or even an index if you can handle the pain
i'd not reccomend i don't know how your country's army operates but some people during the draft in the vietnam war thought they're dodging the draft, by actively enlisting
that way they can choose what branch they want and not end up in the midst of an engagement, just join the navy or the air force.
