Egypt has more control over this country than the British would. This DOTP would be overwhelmingly 3rd world, and even with India making up a large plurality they're too divided for it to matter that much. Want to balance it out? Toss in China, even though it was never part of the Empire. Better yet, toss in everything because an ideal DOTP is global.

One last detail: The combined population of all of the included countries that are generally considered "Western" and "First World" (UK, Ireland, Canada, Israel, Austalia, New Zealand, Malta and Cyprus) is only 162,402,687, which is a mere 5.4% of the total population of this hypothetical DOTP. The total of the weird First World adjacent countries (Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, UAE, Kuwait, Singapore) is 1%. No matter what, this country is overwhelmingly 3rd world, over 90% in fact.
