You can use this argument to justify being a NEET, or homeless, and while I respect that decision, we still live under capitalism, and some people still to do well for themselves. It's not hypocritical to be a communist and be successful, unless you're literally part of the ruling class or a petty bourgeois actively doing your best to exploit your workers. Some people practice sex work out of choice, and it isn't hypocritical to pay for their services. Learn to spot the signs of trafficked people and don't visit those places. Usually independent sex workers will charge a higher price.
