Our biggest note recently was adjusting our language to emphasize that the union isn't a distinct third-party - I make sure to wear employee gear when union shilling, and to say "our union" instead of "the union".
It reminds me of a time I volunteered in the morning to hand out pamphlets for a weapons factory protest - I'd notice someone who instinctively would phase out people handing out fliers, but then they'd catch what we were saying and walk back into the train station to ask for a flier. It's validating.
