There were 1.1 million Jews killed at Auschwitz, and Auschwitz was exterminating prisoners for about 1,032 days. If they operated at max capacity for 1,032 days, that's 1.4 million dead Jews, well beyond the actual number. Also you can't really compare proper cremators, in which bodies are separated and the ashes are to be collected for each person, to the Nazi cremators in which they basically just tossed bodies into a flaming oven. There are many precautions required when professionally cremating a body that simply are not necessary when committing a genocide.

It's inevitable that with any historical event there will be misconceptions with fuzzy evidence that will be debated about for decades after the fact. There is also zero evidence that photos of stacked bodies were found to be "Hoaxes".

It's true that there was no singular "Extermination order" issued by the Nazis in the Holocaust, there was also no singular "Extermination order" issued by the US to kill all Native Americans. The Holocaust was not a singular order, it was a process that gradually got worse as time went on. At any rate, Nazi documents repeatedly and explicitly track the extermination of Jews. Take it from Adolf Eichmann, who stated:

Operation Reinhard was the most severe phase, over a million dead in 100 days as a result of the aforementioned factors as well as highly specialized camps that had been created specifically for the purpose of killing people. The Rwandan genocide achieved half that number of deaths in the same amount of time with machetes in far, far less efficient conditions.
