Freemasons are part of the coalition of secret networks that want to undermine the common man. Almost all Federalists, who didn't want to add a Bill of Rights initially to the Constitution, were also Freemasons. A Bill of Rights had to be pushed by their Anti-Federalist opponents at the time to make sure that the common man was atleast somewhat protected. These same people who desired a Constitution without a Bill of Rights had England in mind, as the model, when they were thinking about this.
