it's a little tasteless but not morally wrong. in some abstract sense it might cheapen israeli crimes, but its actual practical effect is to lower the social status of israel, which is a good way to make all high-status people steer clear of association with israel and generally culturally isolate them and make them deeply uncool.

I don't punch someone because of the results that would have on my community, or on other societies, which will eventually result in a (likely negative) impact on my life, whether now or in 40 years. Building safe societies is mutually beneficial.

I especially hate how Christianity acts like they invented morality or that their teachings are somehow revolutionary for it’s time.

Not exactly, but morals were more utilitarian in origin. The higher up the ladder you go in religion, the less "spiritual" things become, the more "technical" everything is. Its not all about "betterment of the soul" but rather "betterment of chattel efficiency"

Idk man. This is the core of morality. Might makes right. It need not be physical force but social force. Adults preach about physical disclipine being necessary for kids, yet adults do the same things they punish kids for and they dont get the immediate sociophysical patronisation.

Adults can scream at customer servie workers and we go "well thats tough". A child does that and people say "Kick that kids ass."
